Copywriting is included, so you're reviewing finished pages rather than filling in placeholder text yourself. You'll see designs and drafts along the way and have two rounds of revisions included to refine anything that's not quite right.

What happens at launch?

Launch isn't just flicking a switch. We handle the technical steps of going live, check everything works across devices, and make sure technical SEO fundamentals, like schema markup and page speed, are in place. From there we shift focus to lead generation, making sure the site is genuinely set up to convert visitors into enquiries rather than just sitting online looking good.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard across the design and build stage. This gives you room to adjust layout, wording or design details before the site is finalised. Most feedback gets resolved comfortably within that scope because of the groundwork done during the strategy and brief stage. If bigger changes come up after that point, we'll talk through what's involved rather than leaving you guessing.

What do I need to provide during the process?

Generally we ask for your branding assets, any existing content you'd like kept, photos if you have them, and timely feedback at each approval point. If you don't have copywriting or photography ready, we can help source or write these as part of the build, so it's not a hard blocker. The main thing that keeps a project on schedule is turning around reviews and approvals promptly.

Yes, once your site launches we walk you through how to manage the areas relevant to you, such as updating pages, adding blog posts or managing products, depending on the platform. Since you own 100% of your site, we want you confident using it, not reliant on us for every small change.
