You don't need a fully formed brief, general direction is enough for us to prepare useful questions for the discovery call. No, the discovery call is free and there's no obligation attached to it. It's a chance for us to understand your business and for you to ask questions about how we work, before anyone commits to anything. A fixed quote only follows once we've properly scoped your project together.

Most of our client work happens over video calls and email, which suits businesses across Australia since we're not limited to meeting locally. If you're based near Newcastle and would prefer to meet in person, let us know when you get in touch and we can arrange that where practical.

We're upfront about timelines during the discovery call, and while our typical build takes around four weeks, we can discuss what's realistic if you're working to a tighter deadline. It depends on scope and current workload, so it's best to mention any urgency as early as possible in your enquiry.
